Phill did an amazing job cleaning our windows today. He is a very hardworking, honest businessman and I will wholeheartedly recommend him to my friends and family. He arrived on time and got to work immediately. I think he might well be my best hire from Yelp ever.

Look no further. I love people who run their own business and take pride in what they do. I talked my window washing needs over the phone with Phil and he followed through in a timely professional manner through the whole process.

He did my whole house inside and out, clearing cobwebs and washing the frames. I could not ask for a better result. I paid him more than he asked for because he went above and beyond.

I cannot say enough good things about Phil. He went out of his way to do outstanding work on our 2-story home, which was in desperate need of a good cleaning. He did our gutters, solar panels, windows, and walls.  He repaired some loose roof tiles and sealed a spot in the roof that was headed for a leak.

Phil will be our go-to guy from now on. I recommend him without hesitation. He is amazing. Thanks, Phil! We will call you next spring for a touch up.

My neighbor, Mr. Ed hired Phil to clean his gutters.  Ed always spoke highly about the work Phil did at his house.  I asked Phil for a bid to clean my gutters and he quoted me a very reasonable price.  He was originally going to come back the next week and do the job, but a storm was forecast for the next couple of days.

Phil ended up cleaning out my gutters after he finished my neighbor's house.  I had to leave to go out of town and he completed the job after I left.  Phil did a fantastic job and my gutters were spotless.  He also fixed a couple of seams in the gutters that were leaking.  I could not be happier and I plan on using Phil to clean my solar panels in the Spring.  Thank you Phil.

Wow Phil did an amazing job. It wasn't easy but he was patient and thoughtful in his approach. He really went above and beyond to clean the windows,  remove the blinds, clean them and replace them. Wow is all I can say about that!!!  I'm so grateful for the amazing job he did! Thank you!!

He also was on time and needed no reminding once we made the appt. I will definitely call him again next year and not wait so long this time!!

Phil is amazing!   He was prompt on responding to my request and was able to get me in quickly!  He is very polite and worked very hard power washing my house and cleaning my windows and screens.  My house looks amazing!  Would definitely recommend him!

I have been using Phil's windows cleaning service for a few years now. I'm always very satisfied with his excellent service. He is always professional and meticulous. Always keep my place clean. Windows are sparkling clean after cleaning, so clean that my house become so much brighter! This year he starts cleaning my solar panels. Excellent service as usual. Window Washer Phillip came to our home in Waterford, 2 story house with a lot of windows. He was on time and got to work shortly after arriving. He was very meticulous and detailed in his work! A real perfectionist. All of our windows and window rails, screens were sparkling clean after he was done. He was extremely professional, friendly, kind and courteous. He is a joy to work with and shows he truly cares while going the extra mile to make the customer happy in every way. This guy is the real deal. He takes pride in his work while enjoying what he does as a profession. I highly recommend Window Washer, 5 stars plus. More even if they were available.

I just want to say that I love the work Phil does.  Hes reliable, hard worker and does an awesome job no matter what he does.  I have hired him to do my dirty windows, clean off roof and install gutter guards on my 2800 sq ft house. All work outstanding.  There are not enough words to describe my appreciation.  Dont look anywhere else.
